If you are visiting this site and are "badly-broken-up", in the midst of your separation or divorce, take comfort, things will eventually be less painful, I can promise you that. I can also assure you that you have control over how you feel. Someone can only make you feel bad if you give them the permission to do so. Focus on yourself. Take action to feel better.

2. Set new goals for your single life.
3. Hold a funeral for your marriage.
4. Have a divorce/break-up party, create the merriment and distraction.
5. Generate and inspirational play list for your MP3 player.
6. Find someone to talk to.
7. Plan a trip. Where YOU want to go, to see whatever YOU want.
8. Try a date.
9. Pick up an old hobby or find a new one.
10. Take a class to learn something new.
11. WRITE WRITE WRITE....women learn from each other. Share what works for you. Write letters to yourself and anyone on your mind.
EXHALE Parties Gather a Following! The support group for the "non support group" kind of girl! We've had successful parties and the word is out. Parties have ranged in size from 3 to 10, festive to outrageous. Email me for details.
